1. Agreement

By placing an order, you agree to follow these terms, our shipping and return policies, and any custom agreements made directly with us.

2. Orders

• Orders are processed after payment confirmation.
• Prices shown are in PKR and include applicable taxes where indicated.
• We reserve the right to cancel or refuse orders that appear fraudulent, outside our service area, or otherwise unfulfillable.

3. Custom work

• Custom designs require approval at key stages, such as design, materials, and size.
• Changes after production begins may cause delays or extra charges.
• Ownership of custom design files or unique artwork remains with us unless otherwise agreed.

4. Intellectual property

• All designs, images, and content on the site belong to us or our partners.
• Use of our designs for commercial purposes without permission is prohibited.

5. Limitation of liability

• We strive for high quality, but we are not liable for incidental damages, or loss beyond the value of the purchased item, except where required by law.

6. Applicable law

• These terms follow the laws and regulations of Pakistan. Any disputes will be handled under those laws.

7. Changes to terms

• We may update terms, policies, or prices. New versions take effect once posted. Your continued use or orders indicate acceptance.
